A Chapter 19 Purchase Voucher Form shall not be processed for payment without the written approval of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Elections. Chapter 19 Purchase Voucher Forms in excess of $1,000 shall not be processed for payment without the written approval of the Assistant Secretary of State. Chapter 19 Purchase Voucher Forms in excess of $5,000 shall not be processed for payment without the written approval of the Secretary of State.
