A Chapter 19 Purchase Voucher Form shall not be processed for payment without the written approval of the Director of Elections. Chapter 19 Purchase Voucher Forms in excess of $1,000 shall not be processed for payment without the written approval of the Deputy Secretary of State. Chapter 19 Purchase Voucher Forms in excess of $10,000 shall not be processed for payment without the written approval of the Secretary of State.
