In accordance with Texas Government Code, §2161.003, the OAG adopts by reference the Comptroller of Public Accounts' rules found at 34 TAC, Part 1 Comptroller of Public Accounts, Chapter 20 Texas Procurement and Support Services, Subchapter B relating to Historically Underutilized Business Program.
