The OAG adopts by reference the Texas Building and Procurement Commission's (TBPC) rules found at 1 TAC, Title 1 Administration, Part 5 Texas Building and Procurement Commission, Chapter 111 Executive Administration Division, Subchapter B Historically Underutilized Business Program, §§111.11 - 111.28, relating to Historically Underutilized Business Program, with the following addition: For the purpose of Subchapter B, §69.25, "Commission" refers to Texas Building and Procurement Commission.
