1. (a) An application for renewal of an OAG Sexual Assault Training Program certification must be submitted and received by the OAG prior to the expiration of the existing certification.
2. (b) To be eligible to renew an OAG Sexual Assault Training Program certification, the local program must hold a current OAG Sexual Assault Training Program certification.
3. (c) If the local program does not submit a renewal application prior to the expiration of the OAG Sexual Assault Training Program certification, the OAG Sexual Assault Training Program certification expires.
