- (a) Fringe benefits include, but are not limited to, the costs of leave, employee insurance, pensions, and unemployment benefit plans.
- (b) Grant funds may be used to pay fringe benefits of an employee only if grant funds are also being used to pay for the salary of the same employee.
- (c) A grantee must provide grant-funded personnel the same fringe benefits provided to all other non-grant-funded employees of the grantee.
