Accessibility Survey and Reporting Requirements

- (a) The department shall conduct an EIR accessibility survey regarding progress on and compliance with Chapter 206 and Chapter 213 of this title, pursuant to Texas Government Code §2054.464.
- (b) Each state agency shall be required to complete the accessibility survey within the prescribed deadline established by the department. Survey responses shall be supported by agency documentation.
