Accessibility Survey and Reporting Requirements

- (a) Each state agency shall complete the accessibility survey the department distributes pursuant to Texas Government Code § 2054.464 and §213.4(d) of this chapter within the prescribed deadlines established by the department.
- (b) A state agency shall support its survey responses with agency documentation.
