1 Tex. Admin. Code § 3.2523
If the grantee discovers any legal violations, including the misappropriation of funds, fraud, theft, embezzlement, forgery, or any other serious irregularities indicating noncompliance with grant requirements, the grantee must immediately notify CJD in writing of the violation or irregularity. The grantee should also immediately notify the local prosecutor's office of any possible criminal violations. Grantees whose projects or personnel become involved in any litigation, whether civil or criminal, must immediately notify CJD and forward a copy of any demand notices, lawsuits, or indictments to CJD. If a federal or state court or administrative agency renders a judgment or order finding discrimination by the grantee based on race, color, national origin, sex, age, or handicap, the grantee must immediately forward a copy of the judgment or order to CJD.
