- (a) CJD requires each grantee to maintain an inventory report of all equipment purchased with grant funds. This report must comport with the final financial expenditure report. At least every two years, grantees must complete a physical inventory of all grantee property and the grantee must reconcile the results with the existing property records.
- (b) Texas Narcotics Control Program grantees must submit their inventory reports to CJD with their final expenditure report.
