1. (a) CJD requires each grantee to maintain on file an inventory report of all equipment purchased with grant funds during the grant period. This report must agree with the approved grant budget and the final financial expenditure report.
2. (b) At least every two years, grantees must complete a physical inventory of all grantee property and the grantee must reconcile the results with the existing property records.
