- (a) When a grantee intends to carry out a project largely through cooperating with outside organizations, the grantee must obtain authorized approval signatures on the cooperative working agreement from each outside participating organization. Grantees must provide CJD with a signed copy of the agreement.
- (b) A cooperative working agreement must include each chief of police and each sheriff in a multi-jurisdictional task force's impact area. Counties must be contiguous and the chief or sheriff may not execute a cooperative working agreement with more than one task force project.
