1. (a) When a grantee intends to carry out a project largely through cooperating with outside organizations, the grantee must obtain authorized approval signatures on the cooperative working agreement from each outside participating organization. Grantees must maintain on file a signed copy of all such agreement(s).
2. (b) For multi-jurisdictional task force grants, a cooperative working agreement must include each sheriff in a multi-jurisdictional task force's impact area. Counties must be contiguous and the sheriff may not execute a cooperative working agreement with more than one task force project.
