- (a) Rules governing the use of program income are included in the provisions adopted by reference in §3.19 of this chapter.
- (b) Grantees must use program income to supplement project costs or reduce project costs. Program income may only be used for allowable project costs. Otherwise, grantees must refund program income to CJD.
- (c) CJD may require a grantee to transfer the CJD portion of program income and property to another grantee.
