1. (a) Rules governing the use of program income are included in the provisions adopted by reference in Section 3.19 of this chapter.
2. (b) Grantees must use program income to supplement project costs or reduce project costs. Program income may only be used for allowable project costs. Otherwise, grantees must refund program income to CJD.
3. (c) CJD may require a grantee to transfer the CJD portion of program income and property to another grantee.
4. (d) Grantees must submit written requests to CJD to carry program income forward from one grant year to the next. Grantees may not carry program income forward without written CJD approval.
