Section effective until the earlier of July 1, 2022, or certification by the Attorney General to the Governor of the enactment of rules consistent with the provisions contained in this act by the institution of higher learning's collegiate governing body. 1. (1) five hundred dollars for an initial application for registration;
2. (2) five hundred dollars for registration based on a certificate of registration issued by another state;
3. (3) three hundred dollars for an application for renewal of registration; or
4. (4) three hundred dollars for renewal of registration based on a renewal of registration in another state.

An application for registration or renewal of registration must be accompanied by a fee of:
