Tests for inclusion of substance in Schedule I

1962 Code SECTION 32-1510.30; 1971 (57) 800.

The Department shall place a substance in Schedule I if it finds that the substance has:

  1. (a) A high potential for abuse;
  2. (b) No accepted medical use in treatment in the United States; and
  3. (c) A lack of accepted safety for use in treatment under medical supervision.
