S.C. Code Ann. § 39-77-60

Violation of this chapter; enforcement

Effective Apr 25, 20222022 Act No. 146 (H.3859), SECTION 1, eff April 25, 2022.
  1. (A) A violation of this chapter constitutes an unfair trade practice pursuant to Section 39-5-20.
  2. (B) A public or private right or remedy prescribed by Chapter 5 may be used to enforce this chapter.
