As long as the offering remains open and for three years following the termination of the offering, the issuer shall maintain and keep open for inspection by the Director:

1. (1) Records relating to purchaser representatives used and materials and data relied upon to determine the qualifications of the purchaser representatives;
2. (2) Records relating to purchasers and materials and data relied upon to determine the qualifications of the purchasers;
3. (3) Records relating to securities sales following the close of the offering that are considered as part of the offering; and
4. (4) All written disclosure and other offering materials used in connection with the offer and sale of securities.
