Pursuant to ORS 59.065, the Director sets the following fees for registration of securities:

1. (1) For initial registration, a fee of 1/10 of 1% of the amount offered in Oregon, with a minimum fee of $200 and a maximum fee of $1,500.
2. (2) For renewal of a current registration, a fee of 1/10 of 1% of the amount offered in Oregon, with a minimum fee of $200 and a maximum fee of $1,500.
3. (3) To increase the aggregate offering amount of a current registration, a fee calculated for registration of the desired aggregate offering amount less fees previously paid for the current registration, but not less than $100. Amending the aggregate offering amount does not extend the expiration date of the current registration.
