- A. Information acquired by the Commissioner or the officers or employees of the State Insurance Fund, from persons, firms or corporations insured in said State Insurance Fund, or from employees of such persons, firms or corporations pursuant to this article shall not be open to public inspection, and any officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma, who without authority of the Commissioner, or pursuant to the rules prescribed by the State Insurance Fund Commissioner, or as otherwise required by law, shall disclose the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
- B. For the purpose of implementing Section 2 of this act, the State Insurance Fund Commissioner shall provide to the Commissioner of Labor annually, upon request, a listing of the insureds of the State Insurance Fund with the name, address and nature of business or occupation of the insured.
