1. A. Information acquired by the CompSource Oklahoma President and Chief Executive Officer or the officers or employees of CompSource Oklahoma, from persons, firms or corporations insured by CompSource Oklahoma, or from employees of such persons, firms or corporations pursuant to this article shall not be open to public inspection, and any officer or employee of the State of Oklahoma, who without authority of the Commissioner, or pursuant to the rules prescribed by the CompSource Oklahoma President and Chief Executive Officer, or as otherwise required by law, shall disclose the same, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
2. B. For the purpose of implementing Section 142a of this title, the CompSource Oklahoma President and Chief Executive Officer shall provide to the Commissioner of Labor annually, upon request, a listing of the insureds of CompSource Oklahoma with the name, address and nature of business or occupation of the insured.
