Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 199.5
The State Board of Cosmetology shall create positions, make appointments, and fix the salaries of officials and employees necessary to carry out the purposes of the Oklahoma Cosmetology Act and the administration thereof. The employees shall include not less than five nor more than nine cosmetology inspectors. Only licensed instructors shall be employed as cosmetology inspectors by the Board.
