Disposing of the body of a deceased person by cremation, dehydration, combustion or other similar means, within the State of Oklahoma, except in a crematory duly licensed as provided for in Section 1-331 of this title and under a special permit for cremation issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 1-329.1 of this title, is hereby declared to be a felony.
