Okla. Stat. tit. 59, § 396.33
Disposing of the body of a deceased person by cremation or other similar means, within the State of Oklahoma, except in a crematory duly licensed as provided for in Section 25 of this act and under a special permit for cremation issued in accordance with the provisions of Section 1-329.1 of Title 63 of the Oklahoma Statutes, is hereby declared to be a Class D1 felony offense. Any person who violates the provisions of this section shall, upon conviction, be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense and shall be punished by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of Title 21 of the Oklahoma Statutes.
