Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 17-102
Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of the Uniform Vehicle Code declared by the Code or by other laws of this state to constitute a felony shall be guilty of a felony and shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one (1) year nor more than five (5) years, or by a fine of not less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
