Okla. Stat. tit. 47, § 17-102
Any person who is convicted of a violation of any of the provisions of the Uniform Vehicle Code declared by the Code or by other laws of this state to constitute a felony shall be guilty of a felony. The fine for a felony violation of the Uniform Vehicle Code, unless otherwise provided, shall not be less than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00) nor more than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00).
