1. A. The Oklahoma Military Advisory Commission shall be comprised of not more than twenty-one (21) members and shall include the following members:

   1. 1. The Adjutant General of Oklahoma;
   2. 2. Four members to be appointed by the Governor;
   3. 3. Three members to be appointed by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate; and
   4. 4. Three members to be appointed by the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives.

2. B. Of those members initially appointed to the Commission by the Governor:

   1. 1. One appointee shall serve a term of two (2) years;
   2. 2. Two appointees shall serve a term of four (4) years; and
   3. 3. One appointee shall serve a term of six (6) years.

3. C. Of those members initially appointed to the Commission by the President Pro Tempore of the Oklahoma State Senate and the Speaker of the Oklahoma House of Representatives:

   1. 1. One appointee of each appointing authority shall serve a term of two (2) years;
   2. 2. One appointee of each appointing authority shall serve a term of four (4) years; and

   3. 3. One appointee of each appointing authority shall serve a term of six (6) years.

      Thereafter, the appointed members shall serve for a term of six (6) years. Vacancies shall be filled in the same manner as the original appointments.
