Dealing in Gambling Devices

- A. Dealing in gambling devices is manufacturing, transferring or possessing with intent to transfer any gambling device or subassembly or essential part thereof.
- B. Any person dealing in gambling devices shall be guilty of a felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than more than five (5) years or a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
