Dealing in Gambling Devices

- A. Dealing in gambling devices is manufacturing, transferring or possessing with intent to transfer any gambling device or subassembly or essential part thereof.
- B. Any person dealing in gambling devices shall be guilty of a Class D1 felony offense punishable by imprisonment as provided for in subsections B through F of Section 20N of this title, or a fine of not more than Twenty-five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00), or by both such fine and imprisonment.
