The board of directors of the fair association shall consist of one member from each of the commissioners’ districts in the county. If the county contains a city of over twenty thousand 20,000 population, according to the last Federal Decennial Census, the directors shall be elected from the rural parts of the commissioners' districts only, and in addition thereto, two members of the board shall be elected from the city.XML:NAMESPACE PREFIX = O /
