Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 6-2
The State Board of Agriculture shall be the official livestock and poultry disease control agency of the State of Oklahoma, and shall have authority to issue and enforce rules and regulations governing the handling, sale and use of vaccines, antigen, and other biological products used in connection with livestock or poultry.
