Okla. Stat. tit. 2, § 6-2
The State Board of Agriculture shall be the official livestock and poultry disease control agency of the Stateof Oklahoma. The Board shall have authority to promulgate and enforce rules governing the handling, sale, and use of vaccines, antigens, and other biological products used in connection with livestock or poultry.
