Nothing in this chapter prevents or restricts the practice, services, or activities of any registered nurse practicing within the scope of the registered nurse's practice. Nothing in this chapter prevents or restricts the practice, services, or activities of any physician assistant practicing in accordance with a physician supervisory plan approved under section 4730.17 of the Revised Code or the policies of the health care facility in which the physician assistant is practicing.
