Nothing in this chapter prevents or restricts the practice, services, or activities of any registered nurse practicing within the scope of the registered nurse's practice. Nothing in this chapter prevents or restricts the practice, services, or activities of any physician assistant practicing in accordance with a supervision agreement entered into under section 4730.19 of the Revised Code, including, if applicable, the policies of the health care facility in which the physician assistant is practicing. Nothing in this chapter prevents or restricts the practice, services, or activities of any certified mental health assistant practicing in accordance with a supervision agreement entered into under section 4772.10 of the Revised Code.
