Assistance with Daily Living

Effective Dec 23, 2025State of New Mexico

The facility shall supervise and assist the residents, as necessary, with health, hygiene and grooming needs, to include but not limited to the following:

  1. A. eating;
  2. B. dressing;
  3. C. oral hygiene;
  4. D. bathing;
  5. E. grooming;
  6. F. mobility; and
  7. G. toileting.
