The JUST Health Plus program is authorized through a medicaid section 1115 waiver authority. Continuation of the program is contingent upon federal approval of the waiver renewal or the availability of state budget appropriations. If the waiver is not renewed or funding is not appropriated, the program may be modified or terminated.
