1. 1. The council shall elect a chairman and vice chairman from the members of the council other than the representative of the division of geological survey and water resources. A chairman may serve more than one term.
2. 2. The state geologist shall act as administrator for the council and shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
