- 1. The council shall elect a chairman and vice chairman from the members of the council. A chairman and vice chairman may serve more than a one-year term, if so elected by the members of the council.
- 2. The state geologist shall act as administrator for the council and shall be responsible for enforcing the provisions of this chapter.
