- 1. Sections 303.400 to 303.415 shall become effective on January 1, 2001, and shall expire on January 1, 2004.
- 2. The enactment of sections 303.400, 303.403, 303.406, 303.409, 303.412 and 303.415 shall become effective July 1, 2001.
