PURPOSE: The following schedule outlines the fees necessary for the various certification requirements.

1. (1) The following fees are established by the Missouri Commission for the Deaf:

   2. (B) Written Examination Fee
   3. (C) Performance Evaluation Fee
   4. (D) Conversion Fee
   5. (E) Grandfather Clause Fee
   6. (F) Temporary Interpreter Permit Fee
   7. (G) Reinstatement Fee
   8. (H) Late Fee
   9. (I) PCM Processing Fee
   10. (J) Duplicate Fee
   11. (K) Wall Certification Fee
   12. (L) Photocopies/Printouts Fee (per page)
   13. (M) Contested Certification or Permit Fee
   14. (N) Internship/Practicum Permit to Interpret Fee
2. (2) Payment must be made in the form of cashier’s check or money order. No personal checks will be accepted.
