PURPOSE: The following schedule outlines the fees required for various processes and services in the Missouri Interpreters Certification System.

1. (1) The following fees are established by the Missouri Commission for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing for various processes and services and Hard of Hearing

in the Missouri Interpreters Certification System (MICS):

2. (B) Written Test Fee
3. (C) Basic Performance Test Fee $275.00
4. (D) Advanced and Master Performance Test Fee
5. (E) Conversion Fee
6. (F) Reinstatement Fee
7. (G) EIPA Proctor Fee
8. (H) CEU Processing Fee
9. (I) Duplicate Certificate Fee
10. (J) Renewal Fee
11. (K) Wall Certificate Fee
12. (L) Intern/Practicum Certification Fee
13. (M) Provisional Certificate in Education Fee
14. (N) Photocopies/Printouts Fee (per page)

1. (2) All fees for MICS certification processes and services are nonrefundable.
2. (3) Payment of all fees must be made in the form of either a cashier’s check or money order made payable to “MCDHH/BCI Fund.” No personal checks or cash will be accepted.
3. (4) The provisions of this rule are declared severable. If any fee fixed by this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the other fees provided for in this rule shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by a court of competent jurisdiction or by the Administrative Hearing Commission.
