PURPOSE: This de establishes various fees and charges authorized by section 327.625. RSMo.

1. (1) The fallowing fees are established by the division for landscape architects:

   1. (A) Application Fee
   2. (B) Senior Landscape Architect’s FXzmination Application
   3. (C) Initial Registration Fee
   4. (D) Uniform National Examination (UNE) Fee
   5. (E) Missouri Plant Material Examination Fee
   6. (F) Examination Administration Fee .

   7. (G) Examination by Section Fee-

      1. l. Test 1 Legal and Administrative Aspects of Practice
      2. 2. Test 2 Programming and Environmental Analysis
      3. 3. Test 3 Conceptulization and Communication
      4. 4. Test 4 Design Synthesis
      5. 5. Test 5 Integration of Technical and Design Requirements
      6. 6. Test 6 Grading and Drainage and
      7. 7. Test 7 Implementation of Design Through Construction Process
   8. (H) Annual Renewal Fee
   9. (I) Reinstatement Fee
   10. (J) Landscape Architect-in-Training Registration Fee
   11. (K) Landscape Architect Student Registration Fee
   12. (L) Photocopy Fee (per page)

   13. (M) Research Fee (per hour-one

       1. (1) hour minimum)
   14. (N) Verification of Registration Fee
   15. (0) Insufficient Funds Check Charge
   16. (P) Original Certificate Fee
   17. (Q) Duplicate Certificate of Registration Fee
   18. (R) Corporate Registration Fee

   19. (S) Corporate Renewal Fee and

       1. (T) Late Registration Fee. (Any person,

OF corporation or partnership using the title landscape architect or LA, or the terms landscape architecture or landscape architectural pursuant to section 327.629, RSMo that has not filedwith the council an application for registration, accompanied by the appropriate fee,, by October 1, 1991 shall pay a late registration fee.) $50.00.

1. (2) No remittance to thedivision shall bemade by cash. All fees are nonrefundable.
2. (3) Provisions of this rule are declared severable. If this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule shall remain in full force
