PURPOSE: This rule establishes various fees and charges authorized by section 327.625, RSMo.

1. (1) The following fees are established by the division for landscape architects:

   1. (A) Application Fee
   2. (B) Initial Registration Fee
   3. (C) Missouri Plant Material Examination Fee
   4. (D) Examination Administration Fee
   5. (E) Biennial Renewal Fee
   6. (F) Reinstatement Fee
   7. (G) Landscape Architect-in-Training Registration Fee
   8. (H) Landscape Architect Student Registration Fee
   9. (I) Verification of Registration Fee
   10. (J) Insufficient Funds Check Charge
   11. (K) Wall Hanging Certificate Fee
   12. (L) Duplicate Certificate of Registration Fee
   13. (M) Corporation, Partnership, Association, or Limited Liability Company Registration Fee
   14. (N) Corporation, Partnership, Association, or Limited Liability Company Biennial Renewal Fee
   15. (O) Late Registration Fee
2. (2) No remittance to the division shall be made by cash. All fees are nonrefundable.
3. (3) Provisions of this rule are declared severable. If this rule is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the Joint Committee on Administrative Rules or by the Administrative Hearing Commission, the remaining provisions of this rule shall remain in full force and effect, unless otherwise determined by same.
