PURPOSE: This rule establishes the fees for the Division of Professional Registration and the Missouri Board for Respiratory Care.
(1) The following fees are established by the Division of Professional Registration:
- (A) Application for Licensure as a Respiratory Care Practitioner (Including Reciprocity Applications)
- (B) Application for Temporary Permit
- (C) Application for an Educational Permit
- (D) Endorsement to Another Jurisdiction
- (E) Duplicate License/Permit Fee
- (F) Replacement Wall-Hanging (Ornamental Certificate)
- (G) Insufficient Funds Check Fee Charge
- (H) Biennial License Renewal Fee
- (I) Late Renewal Penalty Fee
- (J) Biennial Inactive License Renewal Fee
- (2) All fees are nonrefundable.
