Application Fees for School Accreditation and Course Approval

PURPOSE: This rule establishes application and course approval fees.
(1) The following fees are established for school accreditation:
- (A) Initial School Accreditation Application Fee
- (B) Course Approval Application Fee for courses over twelve (12) hours (per course per delivery method)
- (C) Course Approval Application Fee for courses less than or equal to twelve (12) hours (per course per delivery method)
- (D) School Accreditation Renewal Application Fee
(2) The following fees have been established for course approval:
- (A) Course Renewal Application Fee for course over twelve (12) hours
- (B) Course Renewal Application Fee for course less than or equal to twelve (12) hours (per course per delivery method)
