PURPOSE: This rule establishes the fees for the licensure of interpreters.

1. (1) The following fees are established and are payable in the form of a cashier’s check, personal check, or money order:

   1. (A) Application for Licensure Fee $ 75

   2. (B) Annual License Renewal Fee $ 60

      1. 1. Effective December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019 $ 40
   3. (C) Late Renewal Penalty Fee $ 60
   4. (D) Inactive Fee $ 30

   5. (E) Reactivation Fee $ 30

      1. 1. Effective December 1, 2018 through November 30, 2019 $ 10
   6. (F) Temporary License Fee $ 25
   7. (G) Fingerprinting fee Amount to be determined by the Missouri State Highway Patrol
   8. (H) Insufficient Funds Check Fee $ 25
   9. (I) Mentorship Application Fee $ 10
   10. (J) Verification of License Fee $ 10
