PURPOSE: This rule establishes the fees for the licensure of interpreters.

1. (1) The following fees are established and are payable in the form of a cashier’s check, personal check, or money order:

   1. (A) Application for Licensure Fee $ 75
   2. (B) Annual License Renewal Fee $ 90
   3. (C) Late Renewal Penalty Fee $ 60
   4. (D) Temporary License Fee $ 25
   5. (E) Insufficient Funds Check Fee $ 25
   6. (F) Mentorship Application Fee $ 10
