PURPOSE: This rule provides for evaluation of the nursing program by both faculty and students.

1. (1) There shall be a written plan for systematic evaluation of all aspects of the program. The plan shall include:

   1. (A) Frequency of evaluation of each area;
   2. (B) Methods of evaluation; and
   3. (C) Person(s) responsible for the evaluation.
2. (2) Provisions shall be made for students to evaluate nursing courses, clinical experiences and instructors in compliance with systematic evaluation plan.

3. (3) In compliance with systematic evaluation plan provisions shall be made for:

   1. (A) Students, instructors, and representatives of clinical sites to evaluate nursing courses, clinical experiences, and instructors; and
   2. (B) Graduates to evaluate graduate competencies.
4. (4) Documentation shall indicate that the systematic evaluation plan has been utilized in the planning and improvement of the program.
