Mo. Code Regs. Ann. tit. 20, § 2030-5.130
PURPOSE: This rule outlines the policy for reexamination of land surveyor-intern and professional land surveyor applicants who fail the examination(s). (1) An applicant for enrollment as a land surveyor-intern failing to make a passing grade on the National Council of Examiners for Engineering and Surveying (NCEES) Fundamentals of Surveying Examination may have unlimited opportunities to retake the examination so long as the applicant remains qualified to be examined on the date of the reexamination and providing the applicant applies for reexamination in accordance with NCEES policy.
(3) An applicant for examination and licensure as a professional land surveyor failing to make a passing grade on the Missouri Specific Examination may have unlimited opportunities to retake the examination so long as the applicant remains qualified to be examined on the date of the reexamination and providing the following criteria are met:
